Returns means the shopper doesn’t want the product, and wants a full refund. Warranty refers to the situation where the shopper wants to keep the product, but it needs to be in good working condition.
The following are key highlights for the returns policy
State - Product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery.
Timing - Within calendar 7 days of the final delivery date i.e. when the product was first delivered by the courier.
Process - File a return request via Walee Shop site within seven working days from when the shopper received the product.
Change of mind - Where stated on the Walee Shop site under item, selected categories including fashion, accessories, bedding but exclude intimate apparel and innerwear, swimwear, eyewear, jewellery, watches, duffel bags, shoe-care, food consumables, households.
Device related issues - After usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller.
Seller warranty - Contact merchant directly which can be found on the invoice

Non-returnable - Means does not fit any returns policy or after the return expiration date. The shopper can claim, where applicable, warranty (if any) from the merchant’s or manufacturer’s authorized service center as listed in the Brands & warranty list.
Return part of order - If an order has multiple products, the shopper can return part of the product. However, the complete order including accessories and freebies for that item must be included also in its original, good order
Return condition - The product should be returned in the same original and undamaged manufacturer packaging e.g., bag, box, ribbons, tapes, labels etc. If the product was delivered in another packaging layer, say by the courier company, then the returned package should include that in the same condition, and have all the original return shipping labels attached. Recipients must not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Return process - The recipient must log a return request. Then the recipient should print out and paste the return label on the return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in processing returns.
Return condition unacceptable - If the returned product condition is unacceptable, then Wale has the right to refuse the return and send back to the shopper
Shipping charges - For eligible returns, there are no shipping charges.
Refund payment - Once the product is received and confirmed to be in good condition, the shopper will receive a refund based on the payment method made below. Any shipping charges incurred will also be included.
