If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page, under the Service section, below delivery information. You can also view the Brands and Warranty page to review what is offered by each seller.
Brand Warranty: Also known as manufacturer warranty that covers defects under normal use. The company or brand will provide free repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. Service warranty: Provided by the merchant/seller, this limited warranty varies widely between sellers and should be viewed on each product’s information page.
Whenever you purchase a product covered by a warranty from anywhere, you generally need to register to switch it on, whether to complete a warranty card and return to the merchant by post or email, or by completing your details on the merchant’s website.
If you believe your warranty card was missing at the time of purchase: 1. online warranty - your product may use an online system so you should visit the merchant or manufacturer’s warranty portal and register your product number e.g., serial number or IMEI for mobile. 2. No online warranty - please connect to Walee’s Care team and we will investigate further.

Is the warranty period valid? If no, then consider visiting the service center, but will need topay
Is your warranty activated? If no, then please activate warranty
Does your warranty cover the issue? Read your warranty card or check on the manufacturer/merchant’s website or visit www.walee.pkbrands_warranty_list Eligible, valid and covered issue - follow the instructions on how to get service support directly.
Warranty is not offered, not valid, or does not cover the issue - you will need to pay for repairs. We highly recommend you use an authorized service center listed under brands&warranty
